Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services. These terms govern your use of our mining machine repair and related services.

Welcome to our company (hereinafter referred to as "we") providing mining machine repair and related services. Before entrusting us with your equipment or using our services, please read the following terms carefully. Once the client (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "the client") submits their machine or uses our services, it is deemed that you agree to these terms.

1. Service Scope

1.1 We provide mining machine repair, maintenance, diagnostics, cleaning, chip replacement, firmware upgrades, and other technical services.

1.2 We also provide venues for buyers and sellers to test mining machines and conduct transactions.

1.3 Our website will regularly update and provide quotation information. Prices are for reference only; final charges depend on actual diagnostics and confirmation.

2. Diagnostics & Quotation

2.1 After receiving the machine, we will perform initial diagnostics and provide a repair quotation.

2.2 If the client refuses repair, a fee of RM 20 per unit will be charged for diagnostics and labor.

2.3 Diagnostic time depends on circumstances, with preliminary results usually provided within 24 hours.

3. Repair & Warranty

3.1 We provide 24-hour rapid repair service (Monday to Friday only; weekends and public holidays excluded).

3.2 After collection, the client's repaired machine comes with a 7-day warranty (starting from the pickup date).

3.3 Warranty only applies to the specific parts/components repaired. Other faults or human-induced damages are not covered.

3.4 If the same fault reoccurs during warranty, and is confirmed as repair-related, we will fix it free of charge.

4. Pickup & Storage

4.1 Clients must collect their machine within 14 days of being notified of repair completion.

4.2 A storage fee of RM 5/day/unit will apply for machines uncollected after 14 days.

4.3 Machines left uncollected after 60 days will be considered abandoned, and we reserve the right to dispose of them without liability.

5. Client Responsibility

5.1 Clients must ensure the machines sent in are of legal origin and not for unlawful use.

5.2 Clients must provide truthful repair history and issue details for accurate diagnostics.

5.3 Clients must inspect the machine at pickup. Once collected and signed, it is deemed accepted with no disputes.

6. Disclaimer

6.1 During repair, we are not liable if additional damage occurs due to machine aging, fault escalation, or hidden defects.

6.2 We are not responsible for failures caused by client environment factors (e.g., unstable voltage, overheating, dust, water damage).

6.3 We are not responsible for mining income losses caused by machine downtime.

7. Consultation & Support

7.1 We provide free consultation services via:

  • Face-to-face (by appointment)
  • Online communication (website/WeChat/WhatsApp)
  • Phone support

8. Testing & Trading Venue

8.1 We provide a safe venue for buyers and sellers to test mining machines.

8.2 We are not liable for any disputes (e.g., payment or machine quality issues) during transactions. We only provide venue and power support.

8.3 By using the venue, clients agree to bear transaction risks themselves.

9. Amendments & Rights of Interpretation

9.1 We reserve the right to amend these terms anytime and update via website or notice channels without further notice.

9.2 Final interpretation rights belong to our company.
